I offer manual gear car driving lessons in Dorchester,  Crossways, Puddletown, and other local areas. I am happy to work with you to organise pick-up from your home, college, work, or school.

I am a fully approved driving instructor following the Driving & Vehicle Standard Agency-approved syllabus for safe driving to help you pass your test first time.

I personally recommend 2-hour lessons to speed up the learning process and save money. Longer lessons save time on admin and recapping at the start of the lesson to leave more time for practice, learning new things, and building your confidence on the road.

There is no set figure for the number of lessons it takes before you're ready for your driving test.

As a guide, the Driving & Vehicle Standards Agency suggests that the average person will need 44 hours of lessons and 22 hours of private practice before they are ready to pass their test.

With good tuition, this can be reduced and the J W driving average is 35 to 40 hours of driving lessons in Dorchester.
